Wood Carving Project [+Pyrography]

Working on wood carving – pyrography project. As usual I started first with marking and drawing contour lines. I am finding a bit easier after to follow with pyrography pen. Then, when was that done I kick off with wood carving. Depending on wood, wood carving can be easier or harder. In my case I had harder wood. Not 100% sure which one, but I guess it is from linden tree.

Anyway, as a last step I burned again contour lines and shade a tree to look more natural. The whole process was faster than I was thinking at first and took me 3 hours. I used wooden board as material and tools such as: pyrography set, wood chisels, metal brush, sandpaper P180 grit and table clamp.
